Act on Honorable Treatment of Persons of Merit in the May 18 Democratic Uprising and Establishment of Their Organizations, Article 65 (Profit-Making Businesses)

① 각 단체는 제64조의 사업목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요한 범위에서 직접 수익사업을 할 수 있다.

(1) Each이치 organization오거너제이션 may메이 directly더^r렉틀리 engage엔게이지 in인 profit-making프^r라^f핏-메이킹 businesses비즈너시즈 to투 the^ð디 extent익스텐트 necessary네서세^r리 to투 achieve어치^v브 the^ð더 purposes퍼퍼시즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 projects프^r라젝츠 under언더 Article아터클 64.

② 국가, 지방자치단체 및 그 밖의 공공단체(이하 "단체등"이라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제1항에 따라 수익사업을 운영하는 5ㆍ18민주화운동부상자회와 수의계약을 할 수 있다.
