5ㆍ18민주화운동 진상규명을 위한 특별법 시행령 제15조(신변보호조치)

법 제51조제1항 후단에 따라 신변보호에 필요한 조치(이하 "신변보호조치"라 한다)를 요청받은 경찰관서의 장은 법 제51조제2항에 따라 위원회와 협의를 거쳐 「특정범죄신고자 등 보호법 시행령」 제7조 각 호에 따른 조치 중 필요한 조치를 결정하고 그에 따른 신변보호조치를 하여야 하며, 지체 없이 그 사실을 위원회에 통보하여야 한다.
