5ㆍ18민주화운동 등에 관한 특별법 제7조(상훈 박탈)

정부는 5ㆍ18민주화운동과 관련하여 상훈(賞勳)을 받은 자에 대하여 심사한 결과 오로지 5ㆍ18민주화운동을 진압한 것이 공로로 인정되어 받은 상훈은 「상훈법」 제8조에 따라 서훈(敍勳)을 취소하고, 훈장 등을 환수한다.
