Enforcement Decree of the Act on Compensation for Persons Related to the May 18 Democratization Movement, Article 19-2 (Application for Reclassification Physical Examination, etc.)

①법 제11조의2제1항 및 제2항에 따라 재분류신체검사를 받으려는 사람은 별지 제8호의2서식의 재분류신체검사 및 보상금등 지급신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 보상심의위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2023.6.29>

④보상심의위원장은 제3항제2호 나목 또는 다목의 해당여부 확인이 곤란한 경우에는 재분류신체검사를 받아야할 자에게 그 사유서를 제출하게 할 수 있다.
