5ㆍ18민주화운동 관련자 보상 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(의료지원금)

1. 향후치료비는 국립종합병원ㆍ전국 의과대학부속병원(분원 제외) 또는 보상심의위원회가 지정하는 병원(이하 "지정병원등"이라 한다)에서 발급한 치료비추정서에 의하여 산정한 금액. 다만, 지정병원등에서 향후치료의 필요성은 인정하되 향후치료비를 추정하지 못하는 경우에는 보상심의위원회에서 장해등급판정분과위원회의 의견과 유사사례의 향후치료비를 참작하여 결정한 금액으로 한다.

2. 간병비는 지정병원등에서 발급한 진단서에 의하여 관련자가 완치 후에도 신체에 장해가 있어 다른 사람의 보호 없이는 활동이 어려운 것으로 인정되는 경우에 월 190,000원에 별표 5에 따른 평균여명기간(平均餘命期間)을 곱한 금액

3. 보장구 구입비는 지정병원등에서 발급한 진단서에 의하여 보장구를 착용할 필요가 있는 것으로 인정되는 경우에 보장구의 사용가능기간에 따라 평균여명기간동안 구입이 필요하다고 인정되는 횟수에 구입시가를 곱한 금액
