5ㆍ18민주유공자예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제91조(시설물 설치 등의 특례)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 「자연공원법」과 「도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률」의 적용구역 내 또는 「국립묘지의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률」 제3조제1항제5호에 따른 국립5ㆍ18민주묘지 경내에 5ㆍ18민주화운동과 관련한 시설물이나 박물관ㆍ전시관 등의 교양시설을 설치ㆍ건립할 수 있다.
