5ㆍ18민주유공자예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제84조(양로지원)

5ㆍ18민주유공자 또는 그 유족(자녀는 제외한다)으로서 65세 이상의 남성 또는 60세 이상의 여성(5ㆍ18민주화운동부상자인 남성은 60세 이상, 여성은 55세 이상을 말한다) 중 부양의무자(부양의무가 있는 배우자, 부모, 자녀 및 그 배우자를 말한다. 이하 같다)가 없는 자(부양의무자가 있으나 대통령령으로 정하는 부양능력이 없는 경우를 포함한다)에 대하여는 국가의 양로시설에서 지원할 수 있다. 이 경우 5ㆍ18민주유공자의 배우자는 국가보훈부장관이 정하는 바에 따라 양로지원을 받게 되는 대상자와 함께 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2012.3.21, 2023.3.4, 2025.1.21>
