5ㆍ18민주유공자예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제58조(임원 등)

① 각 단체의 본부에는 다음 각 호의 임원을 둔다. 다만, 이사의 수는 정관으로 정한다.

② 각 단체에 사무총장 1명을 둔다.

(2) Each이치 organization오거너제이션 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general.제너^r럴

③ 회장ㆍ부회장ㆍ이사 및 감사는 총회에서 선출한다.

(3) The^ð더 president,프^r레저덴트 vice^v바이스 presidents,프^r레저덴츠 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 auditors아더터즈 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 at앳 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting.미팅

④ 사무총장은 이사 중에서 회장이 임명하되, 이사회의 승인을 받아야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 directors,더^r렉터즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

⑤ 회장은 단체를 대표하고 단체의 업무를 총괄한다.

(5) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð디 organization오거너제이션 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑥ 부회장은 회장을 보좌하며 회장이 부득이한 사유로 업무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 직무를 대리한다.

⑦ 감사는 단체의 회계 및 회계와 관련된 업무를 감사한다.

⑧ 사무총장은 회장의 지시를 받아 단체의 사무를 처리한다.

(8) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 general제너^r럴 shall섈 handle핸들 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 organization오거너제이션 under언더 the^ð더 president's프^r레저덴츠 direction.더^r렉션
