Act on Honorable Treatment of Persons of Merit in the May 18 Democratic Uprising and Establishment of Their Organizations, Article 25 (Special Employment for Patriots and Veterans)

① 국가보훈부장관은 제24조의2에 따른 고용비율에 미달한 업체등에 그 업체등이 고용할 사람을 선택할 수 있도록 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 취업지원 대상자를 복수로 추천하여야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 취업지원 대상자를 복수로 추천하지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2009.1.30, 2015.12.22, 2023.3.4>

1. 취업지원 대상자가 제20조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람인 경우
