① 누구든지 조사대상자나 참고인의 신원 또는 조사내용을 신문ㆍ잡지ㆍ방송(인터넷 신문 및 방송을 포함한다), 그 밖의 출판물에 의하여 공개하여서는 아니 된다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 위원회는 위원회의 의결로 조사내용을 공개할 수 있다. 다만, 「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」 등 다른 법률에 따라 공개가 제한되는 경우와 사생활의 비밀이 침해될 우려가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
