3ㆍ15의거 참여자의 명예회복 등에 관한 법률 제4조(조사결과 보고 등)

① 진실화해위원회는 3ㆍ15의거 조사가 종료되어 진상규명이 된 경우 그 결과를 보고서로 작성하여 대통령과 국회에 보고하여야 한다.

② 진실화해위원회는 결과보고서를 공개하여야 한다. 다만, 국가의 안전보장, 국민화해와 민주발전을 위하여 불가피하다고 진실화해위원회에서 결정한 경우에는 결과보고서의 일부 내용을 공개하지 아니할 수 있다.
