Special Act on the Payment of Retirement Benefits to Military Personnel Who Retired Before December 31, 1959, Article 7 (Time Limit for Payment Decisions)
위원회는 퇴직급여금지급신청을 받은 날부터 90일 이내에 그 지급여부와 지급금액을 결정하여야 한다.
The Committee shall decide whether to pay and the amount to be paid within 90 days from the date it receives an application for payment of retirement benefits.
