Special Act on the Payment of Retirement Benefits to Military Personnel Who Retired Before December 31, 1959, Article 4 (Retirement Benefits Payment Deliberation Committee)

①퇴직급여금지급과 관련된 다음 각호의 사항을 심의ㆍ결정하기 위하여 국방부장관소속하에 퇴직급여금지급심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.
