1959년 12월 31일 이전에 퇴직한 군인의 퇴직급여금지급에 관한 특별법 제17조(벌칙)

①거짓 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 퇴직급여금을 지급받거나 지급받게 한 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

②제1항의 미수범은 처벌한다.
