①위원회에 참석하는 위원에 대하여는 예산의 범위 안에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

②법 제14조의 규정에 의하여 위원회에 출석한 관련자 또는 참고인에 대하여는 예산의 범위 안에서 여비 등의 실비를 지급할 수 있다.
