119구조ㆍ구급에 관한 법률 제7조(시ㆍ도 구조ㆍ구급집행계획의 수립ㆍ시행)

① 소방본부장은 기본계획 및 집행계획에 따라 관할 지역에서 신속하고 원활한 구조ㆍ구급활동을 위하여 매년 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도(이하 "시ㆍ도"라 한다) 구조ㆍ구급 집행계획(이하 "시ㆍ도 집행계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여 소방청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2012.3.21, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 소방본부장은 시ㆍ도 집행계획을 수립하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 해당 특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)에게 관련 자료의 제출을 요청 할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료제출을 요청받은 해당 특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

③ 시ㆍ도 집행계획의 수립시기ㆍ내용, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
