Act on 119 Rescue and Emergency Medical Services, Article 22-2 (Collection of Information on Transported Patients and Use of Emergency Medical Information and Communications Network)

① 소방청장등은 구급대가 응급환자를 의료기관으로 이송한 경우 환자 이송 정보의 파악 및 응급처치의 적절성을 자체적으로 평가하기 위하여 필요한 범위에서 해당 의료기관의 장에게 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 정보를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 의료기관의 장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2024.12.3>
