112신고의 운영 및 처리에 관한 법률 제9조(공동대응 또는 협력 등)

① 경찰청장등은 112신고 처리에 있어 다른 기관과의 공동대응 또는 협력이 필요한 경우에는 관계 기관에 이를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 공동대응 또는 협력을 요청받은 관계 기관은 신속하고 안전하게 위험 발생의 방지, 범죄의 예방ㆍ진압, 구호대상자의 구조 등 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 필요한 조치를 한 관계 기관은 해당 112신고와 관련하여 범죄의 혐의가 있다고 인정할 만한 상당한 이유가 있어 계속 수사할 필요가 있다고 판단되는 경우 지체 없이 해당 수사기관에 인계하여야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에 따른 공동대응ㆍ협력 요청, 관계 기관의 조치, 수사기관 인계 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
