10ㆍ27법난 피해자의 명예회복 등에 관한 법률 제7조(사실조사 등)

① 위원회는 제3조제2항의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 피해자ㆍ증인 또는 참고인으로부터 증언 또는 진술을 청취하거나 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 검증 또는 조사를 하거나 관계 기관의 장에게 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 지체 없이 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>
