1인 창조기업 육성에 관한 법률 제10조(교육훈련 지원)

① 정부는 1인 창조기업 및 1인 창조기업을 하고자 하는 자의 전문성과 역량을 강화하기 위하여 교육훈련을 지원할 수 있다.

(1) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may메이 support서포트 education에저케이션 and앤드 training트^r레이닝 to투 strengthen스트^r렝^θ쓴 the^ð디 expertise엑스퍼티즈 and앤드 capabilities케이퍼빌러티즈 of어^v브 one-person원-퍼슨 creative크^r리에이티^v브 enterprises엔터프^r라이지즈 and앤드 persons퍼슨즈 who후 intend인텐드 to투 operate아퍼^r레잇 one.원

② 정부는 제1항에 따른 교육훈련에 관한 업무를 대통령령으로 정하는 인력 및 시설 등을 갖춘 법인으로서 정부가 지정하는 기관 또는 단체(이하 "교육기관"이라 한다)에 위탁할 수 있다.

③ 정부는 제2항에 따라 교육훈련에 관한 업무를 위탁받은 교육기관에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 업무 수행에 필요한 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.

④ 정부는 교육기관이 제1항에 따른 교육훈련에 관한 업무를 충실히 수행하지 못하거나 제5항에 따른 지정기준에 미치지 못하는 경우에는 지정을 취소하거나 6개월 이내의 범위에서 기간을 정하여 업무의 전부 또는 일부를 정지할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 Government거^v버먼트 may메이 revoke^r리^v보우크 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 an앤 educational에저케이셔늘 institution인스티투션 or오 suspend서스펜드 all올 or오 part파트 of어^v브 its잇츠 duties두티즈 for^f포 a어 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 up업 to투 six식스 months먼^θ쓰 where웨어 the^ð디 educational에저케이셔늘 institution인스티투션 fails^f페일즈 to투 faithfully^f페이^θ스^f펄리 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 duties두티즈 concerning컨서닝 education에저케이션 and앤드 training트^r레이닝 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) or오 falls^f폴즈 short쇼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 standards스탠더즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (5).

⑤ 교육기관의 지정 및 지정 취소의 기준ㆍ절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
