Act on the Promotion of Development and Distribution of Eco-Friendly Motor Vehicles, Article 5 (Distribution Implementation Plan for Eco-Friendly Motor Vehicles)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 기본계획을 추진하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 시ㆍ도지사의 의견을 들어 매년 환경친화적 자동차의 보급에 관한 시행계획(이하 "보급시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ추진하여야 한다. 이 경우 기후에너지환경부장관은 환경친화적 자동차의 보급과 관련하여 산업통상부장관과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 보급시행계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 시ㆍ도지사는 기본계획 및 보급시행계획에 따라 환경친화적 자동차의 보급 촉진에 관한 시책을 수립ㆍ추진하여야 한다.
