환경친화적 자동차의 개발 및 보급 촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조의10(국유재산의 임대료 경감)

① 법 제11조의3제4항에 따른 국유재산의 임대료 경감률은 해당 국유재산 임대료의 100분의 80의 범위에서 해당 국유재산의 소관 중앙관서의 장(「국유재산법」 제28조 또는 같은 법 제42조제1항에 따라 위임 또는 위탁을 받은 자를 포함한다. 이하 같다)이 정한다. <개정 2022.1.25>

② 법 제11조의3제4항에 따라 국유재산의 임대료를 경감받으려는 자는 해당 국유재산의 소관 중앙관서의 장에게 경감신청을 해야 한다.
