환경친화적 산업구조로의 전환촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(기술개발ㆍ이전ㆍ확산사업에의 출연 등)

① 제5조에 따른 기술개발ㆍ이전ㆍ확산사업에 참여하는 기관ㆍ단체ㆍ사업자 등은 주관기관이 기술개발ㆍ이전ㆍ확산사업을 실시하는 데 소요되는 비용에 충당되는 자금의 일부를 출연(현물을 포함한다. 이하 같다)할 수 있다.

(1) Institutions,인스티투션즈 organizations,오거너제이션즈 business비즈니스 operators,아퍼^r레이터즈 etc.엣세터^r러 participating파티서페이팅 in인 technology텍날러지 development,디^v벨럽먼트 transfer,트^r랜스^f퍼 and앤드 diffusion디^f퓨전 projects프^r라젝츠 under언더 Article아터클 5 may메이 contribute컨트^r리븃 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 funds^f펀즈 to투 be비 applied어플라이드 to투 the^ð더 costs카스츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 supervising수퍼^v바이징 institution's인스티투션즈 carrying캐^r리잉 out아웃 of어^v브 the^ð더 projects프^r라젝츠 (including인클루딩 in-kind인-카인드 contributions;칸트^r러뷰션즈 the^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 hereinafter).히^r리내^f프터

② 제1항에 따라 기관ㆍ단체ㆍ사업자 등의 출연이 있는 경우에 주관기관은 출연하는 자와 미리 출연에 관한 계약을 체결하여야 한다.
