환경정책기본법 시행령 제21조(중앙정책위원회의 회의)

① 중앙정책위원회의 회의는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 위원장이 소집하되, 회의는 위원장과 위원장이 회의마다 지명하는 5명 이상의 위원으로 구성하며, 위원장이 그 의장이 된다.

② 중앙정책위원회의 회의는 제1항에 따른 구성위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
