환경오염피해 배상책임 및 구제에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(환경오염피해조사단의 구성ㆍ운영)

Enforcement Decree of the Act on Liability for Compensation for and Relief of Environmental Pollution Damage, Article 21 (Composition and Operation of the Environmental Pollution Damage Investigation Team)

① 위원회는 법 제24조제2항에 따라 환경오염피해조사단(이하 "조사단"이라 한다)을 설치한다. <개정 2018.6.12, 2024.12.24>

② 조사단은 단장 1명을 포함하여 20명 이내의 단원으로 구성한다. <신설 2018.6.12>

④ 위원회는 위원회에 출석하거나 안건을 검토한 조사단의 단원에게 예산의 범위에서 수당ㆍ여비와 그 밖에 업무수행에 필요한 실비(實費)를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원이 그 소관 사무와 직접적으로 관련되어 위원회에 출석하거나 안건을 검토하는 경우에는 지급하지 않는다. <개정 2024.12.24>
