환경분쟁 조정 및 환경피해 구제 등에 관한 법률 제45조(알선의 중단)

① 알선위원은 알선으로는 환경분쟁 해결의 가능성이 없다고 인정할 때에는 알선을 중단할 수 있다.

② 알선 절차가 진행 중인 환경분쟁에 대하여 조정(調停)ㆍ재정 또는 중재 신청이 있으면 그 알선은 중단된 것으로 본다.
