환경분야 시험ㆍ검사 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(환경측정분석사의 검정 등)

① 법 제19조제3항에 따른 환경측정분석사 검정은 제1차 시험과 제2차 시험으로 구분하여 실시하되, 제1차 시험은 필기시험으로 하고, 제2차 시험은 실기시험으로 하며, 그 검정 분야별 검정과목은 별표 4와 같다. 다만, 검정기관의 장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 제1차 필기시험과 제2차 실기시험을 동시에 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2020.9.29>

② 제1차 시험의 합격 기준은 과목별 100점을 만점으로 하여 매 과목 40점 이상이고, 전 과목 평균 60점 이상의 득점을 합격으로 한다.

③ 제2차 시험의 합격기준은 과목별 100점을 만점으로 하여 매 과목 60점 이상의 득점을 합격으로 한다.

④ 제2차 시험은 제1차 시험에 합격한 자에 대하여 실시한다. 다만, 제1항 단서에 따라 제1차 시험과 제2차 시험을 동시에 실시하는 경우에 제1차 시험에 불합격한 자의 제2차 시험은 무효로 한다.

⑤ 제1차 시험에 합격한 자에 대하여는 합격한 날부터 2년간 제1차 시험을 면제한다. 다만, 2년 이내에 시험이 실시되지 아니하는 경우에는 다음에 이어지는 1회의 시험에 한하여 제1차 시험을 면제한다.

⑥ 법 제18조의2제2항제2호에 따른 현장평가에 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 20회 이상 참여한 사람에 대해서는 별표 4에 따른 제1차 시험 과목 중 정도관리 과목을 면제한다. <신설 2012.7.31, 2020.9.29, 2025.10.1>

⑦ 제1차 시험의 합격 후 최초로 실시되는 제2차 시험에서 100점을 만점으로 하여 60점 이상을 득점한 과목이 있는 경우에는 그 제2차 시험 후 최초로 실시되는 제2차 시험에 한정하여 해당 과목을 면제한다. <신설 2012.7.31>

⑧ 환경측정분석사 검정에 합격하여 환경측정분석사 자격증을 발급받은 자는 환경측정분석사 자격증을 잃어버리거나 자격증이 헐어 못쓰게 된 경우 또는 자격증의 기재사항이 변경된 경우에는 기후에너지환경부장관에게 재발급을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2012.7.31, 2025.10.1>

⑨ 이 영에 규정한 것 외에 환경측정분석사 검정 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. <개정 2012.7.31, 2025.10.1>
