환경분야 시험ㆍ검사 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조의4(국가기술자격의 정지기간)

① 법 제17조의2제3항에 따른 국가기술자격의 정지기간은 1년으로 한다.

② 주무부장관은 법 제17조의2제2항에 따라 국가기술자격의 정지처분을 하는 경우에는 위반행위의 정도, 위반행위의 동기와 그 결과 등을 고려하여 6개월의 범위에서 그 처분을 감경할 수 있다.
