Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Environmental Technology and Environmental Industry, Article 22-10 (Registration Standards for Environmental Consulting Companies)

① 법 제16조의4제1항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에 따른 인력요건은 별표 1과 같다.

② 법 제16조의4제1항 각 호 외의 부분 후단에서 "상호(商號)나 기술인력 등 대통령령으로 정하는 중요한 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나를 말한다.

1. 등록하려는 회사의 업무가 법 제16조의4제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하지 않는 경우
