환경기술 및 환경산업 지원법 시행령 제16조의2(국가연구개발사업 등의 참여제한 등)

① 법 제5조의2제1항 및 제3항에 따른 국가연구개발사업의 참여제한 기간 및 사업비 환수의 기준과 이를 위한 평가단의 구성ㆍ운영에 관하여는 「국가연구개발혁신법」 제32조부터 제34조까지의 규정에 따른다. <개정 2020.12.29>

② 법 제5조의2제5항에 따라 국가연구개발사업의 참여제한 조치를 받은 자는 그 조치를 통보받은 날부터 30일 이내에 조치권자에게 이의신청을 할 수 있다. 다만, 조치권자가 기후에너지환경부장관 외의 중앙행정기관의 장으로서 「국가연구개발혁신법」 제33조제1항에 따라 이의신청 제도를 운영하고 있는 경우에는 그에 따른다. <개정 2020.12.29, 2025.10.1>
