환경기술 및 환경산업 지원법 시행령 제14조(출연금의 지급ㆍ관리)

① 법 제5조제2항에 따른 정부 또는 정부 외의 자의 출연금이나 기업의 연구개발비를 지급받은 주관연구기관의 장은 따로 계정을 설정하여 이를 관리하여야 한다.

② 법 제5조제3항에 따른 정부의 출연금은 개발사업의 추진정도를 고려하여 나누어 지급한다. 다만, 개발사업의 규모나 착수 시기 등을 고려하여 필요하다고 인정하면 한꺼번에 지급할 수 있다.
