Enforcement Rule of the Act on Support for Environmental Technology and Environmental Industry, Article 33-6 (Management of Green Companies)

① 관할 유역환경청장 또는 지방환경청장은 녹색기업에 대하여 다음 각 호의 사실이 확인된 경우 제33조의4에 따른 지정기준을 준수하고 있는지에 대하여 관련 자료의 검토 및 현장 확인 등을 실시할 수 있다.

② 관할 유역환경청장 또는 지방환경청장은 제1항에 따른 자료의 검토 및 현장 확인 등을 실시한 결과 법 제16조의3제1항 각 호에서 정한 녹색기업의 지정취소 사유에 해당하는 경우에는 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1, 2026.3.19>
