화학물질의 등록 및 평가 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조(평가위원회의 운영)

① 평가위원회의 위원장은 평가위원회를 대표하며, 평가위원회의 사무를 총괄한다. 다만, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 부위원장이 그 직무를 대행한다.

② 평가위원회의 회의는 법 제7조제1항 각 호의 사항의 심의 등을 위하여 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 재적위원 5분의 1 이상의 요구가 있는 경우에 개최한다. <개정 2018.12.24>

③ 평가위원회의 위원장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 명시하여 회의일 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 통보하여 회의를 소집한다.

④ 평가위원회의 위원장은 심의ㆍ의결에 필요한 경우에는 해당 안건과 관련이 있는 자 또는 전문가를 회의에 출석시켜 질문하거나 발언하게 할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 평가위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 평가위원회의 의결을 거쳐 평가위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
