Act on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and Biological Weapons and the Regulation of Manufacture and Import/Export of Specified Chemicals and Biological Agents, Article 13-2 (Report of Holdings of Biological Agents, etc.)

① 생물작용제등을 보유하는 자는 보유량과 보유 경위 등을 산업통상부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
