Enforcement Decree of the Trucking Transport Business Act, Article 11-2 (Establishment, etc. of Mutual Aid Associations)

① 법 제51조의2제1항에 따라 공제조합의 설립인가를 받으려는 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 인가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2019.6.25>
