화물자동차 운수사업법 시행규칙 제19조(화물자동차 운전자의 관리)

① 운송사업자는 화물자동차 운전자를 채용하거나 채용된 화물자동차 운전자가 퇴직하였을 때에는 그 명단(개인화물자동차 운송사업자가 화물자동차를 직접 운전하는 경우에는 운송사업자 본인의 명단을 말한다)을 채용 또는 퇴직한 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달 10일까지 협회에 제출해야 하며, 협회는 이를 종합해서 제출받은 달의 말일까지 연합회에 보고해야 한다. <개정 2018.12.31, 2019.6.28>

② 제1항에 따른 운전자 명단에는 운전자의 성명ㆍ생년월일과 운전면허의 종류ㆍ취득일 및 화물운송 종사자격의 취득일을 분명히 밝혀야 한다.

③ 운송사업자는 폐업을 하게 되었을 때에는 화물자동차 운전자의 경력에 관한 기록 등 관련 서류를 협회에 이관하여야 한다.

⑤ 협회는 개인화물자동차 운송사업자의 화물자동차를 운전하는 사람에 대한 경력증명서 발급에 필요한 사항을 기록ㆍ관리하고, 운송사업자로부터 경력증명서 발급을 요청받은 경우 경력증명서를 발급해야 한다. <개정 2018.12.31, 2019.6.28>

⑥ 운송사업자는 매 분기 말 현재 화물자동차 운전자의 취업 현황을 별지 제14호서식에 따라 다음 분기 첫 달 5일까지 협회에 통지하여야 하며, 협회는 이를 종합하여 그 다음 달 말일까지 시ㆍ도지사 및 연합회에 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.7.11>
