형집행정지자관찰규정 제5조(군사법원법에 의한 형의 집행정지에 의한 준용)

①이 영은 군사법원법 제513조 또는 제514조의 규정에 의하여 형의 집행을 정지한 경우에 이를 준용한다. <개정 1991ㆍ6ㆍ19>
