형집행정지자관찰규정 제2조(형집행정지자에 대한 관찰)

①제1조의 규정에 의한 통지를 받은 경찰서장은 형집행정지자에 대하여 그 집행정지사유의 존속여부를 관찰하고 다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 사유가 생긴 때에는 지체없이 제1조의 규정에 의한 통지를 한 검사에게 그 뜻을 보고하여야 한다. <개정 1979ㆍ7ㆍ6>

②경찰서장은 제1항각호에 정한 사유의 발생을 확인 또는 예방하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있다. <신설 1979ㆍ7ㆍ6>

③경찰서장은 형집행정지자가 그의 관할구역 밖으로 거주를 이전한 때에는 제1조제1항각호의 사항을 신거주지를 관할하는 경찰서장에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 1979ㆍ7ㆍ6>
