소장은 보호실 또는 진정실에 수용 중인 수용자에 대해 별지 제10호서식의 보호실ㆍ진정실 수용 및 보호장비 사용 심사부에 기재된 기록과 교정시설에 근무하는 의무관 또는 의료 관계 직원의 의견 등을 토대로 보호실 또는 진정실에 계속 수용할 것인지 여부를 매일 심사해야 한다.
