형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제119조(교화프로그램 운영 방법)

① 소장은 교화프로그램을 운영하는 경우 약물중독ㆍ정신질환ㆍ신체장애ㆍ건강ㆍ성별ㆍ나이 등 수형자의 개별 특성을 고려하여야 하며, 프로그램의 성격 및 시설 규모와 인원을 고려하여 이송 등의 적절한 조치를 할 수 있다.

④ 교화프로그램 운영에 관하여는 제101조부터 제107조까지의 규정을 준용한다.
