형사사법절차에서의 전자문서 이용 등에 관한 법률 제21조(위임규정)

이 법에서 대통령령 또는 대법원규칙으로 위임한 사항 및 이 법에서 규정한 사항 외에 형사사법절차에서의 전자문서의 이용ㆍ관리 및 전산정보처리시스템의 운영 등에 필요한 사항 중 법원 외의 형사사법업무 처리기관의 형사사법업무에 관하여는 대통령령으로, 법원의 형사사법업무에 관하여는 대법원규칙으로 정한다.
