Enforcement Decree of the Act on Criminal Compensation and Restoration of Reputation, Article 3 (Composition of Deliberation Committee for Suspect Compensation)

법 제27조제3항에 따른 피의자보상심의회(이하 "심의회"라 한다)는 그 심의회가 설치된 지방공소청의 차장검사를 위원장으로 하고, 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 법무부장관이 임명하거나 위촉하는 위원 4명으로 구성한다. <개정 2026.9.29>
