협동조합 기본법 제68조(청산종결등기)

① 청산이 끝나면 청산인은 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 14일 이내에 청산종결의 등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.9.20>

② 제1항에 따른 등기신청서에는 제58조제3항에 따른 결산보고서의 승인을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
