협동조합 기본법 제68조의2(조직변경의 등기)

법인등이 제60조의2에 따라 협동조합으로 조직변경을 한 경우에는 제60조의2제7항에 따라 신고를 수리한 날(같은 조 제8항에 따라 신고를 수리한 것으로 보는 경우를 포함한다)부터 본점의 소재지에서 14일 이내에 조직변경 전의 법인등은 해산등기를, 협동조합은 제61조에 따른 설립등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.31, 2024.9.20>
