협동조합 기본법 제53조(출자감소의 의결)

① 협동조합은 출자 1좌 금액의 감소를 의결하면 의결한 날부터 14일 이내에 재무상태표를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2025.12.23>

② 협동조합은 제1항의 기간에 채권자에 대하여 이의가 있으면 일정한 기간에 신청하여야 할 것을 공고함과 동시에 이미 알고 있는 채권자에 대하여는 개별적으로 최고하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 이의신청 기간은 30일 이상으로 하여야 한다.
