협동조합 기본법 제27조(탈퇴 조합원의 손실액 부담)

협동조합은 협동조합의 재산으로 그 채무를 다 갚을 수 없는 경우에는 제26조에 따른 지분의 환급분을 계산할 때 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 탈퇴 조합원이 부담하여야 할 손실액의 납입을 청구할 수 있다. 이 경우 제26조제3항을 준용한다.
