협동조합 기본법 제108조의3(조직변경의 등기)

조직변경대상법인이 제105조의2에 따라 사회적협동조합으로 조직변경을 한 경우에는 제105조의2제7항에 따라 인가를 받은 날부터 본점의 소재지에서 14일 이내에 조직변경 전의 조직변경대상법인은 해산등기를, 사회적협동조합은 제106조에 따른 설립등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.3.2, 2024.9.20>
