혁신도시 조성 및 발전에 관한 특별법 시행령 제44조(이주직원에 대한 지원 대책)

①법 제47조제1항에 따라 이전공공기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하여 이주직원에 대한 지원 대책을 마련ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(1) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 47 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 public퍼블릭 institution인스티투션 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 support서포트 measures메저즈 for^f포 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 employees,엠플로이이즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

②이전공공기관의 장이 제1항에 따라 지원대책을 수립하는 경우 지원대책의 내용은 관계 법령이 정하는 기준에 적합하여야 한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 relocating^r릴로우케이팅 public퍼블릭 institution인스티투션 formulates^f포뮬레잇츠 support서포트 measures메저즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 content칸텐트 of어^v브 the^ð더 support서포트 measures메저즈 shall섈 conform컨^f폼 to투 the^ð더 standards스탠더즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 relevant^r렐러^v번트 statutes.스태춧츠

③국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따라 마련된 지원대책을 원활히 시행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 때에는 관계 행정기관의 장에게 지원을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
