Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Construction and Development of Innovation Cities, Article 14 (Completion Inspection)

①법 제17조에 따라 준공검사를 받으려는 사업시행자는 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부한 준공검사신청서를 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

②사업시행자가 법 제17조제2항에 따른 준공검사ㆍ준공인가 등의 의제를 받고자 하는 경우에는 해당 법률이 정하는 관련 서류를 함께 제출하여야 한다.
