헌법재판소법 제65조(가처분)

헌법재판소가 권한쟁의심판의 청구를 받았을 때에는 직권 또는 청구인의 신청에 의하여 종국결정의 선고 시까지 심판 대상이 된 피청구인의 처분의 효력을 정지하는 결정을 할 수 있다.
